By purchasing any of our products, you automatically agree to the following terms:

§2.1 - Licenses

By purchasing our products, you obtain a license to use the specific product on your games or games under groups that you own. Our scripted systems may require a license to load/work in your games if applicable.

§2.2 - Redistribution/selling

Redistribution or reselling of assets is strictly prohibited and is protected by law. No third parties are authorised to resell PJDevelopment products in any way, shape or form.

§2.3 - Branding

Where instructed and present, branding must be kept intact in a clearly visible place on the product, or PJDevelopment must be credited in the game's description.

§2.4 - Refunds

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds due to the way that our systems work.

Disciplinary Actions

If the above terms are violated, we reserve the right to take necessary actions. This may include the revocation of licenses/functionality of any scripted systems without a refund.
